CSW67 Delegate Application Form

APPLICATIONS CLOSE JANUARY 11, 2023

The sixty-seventh session of the Commission on the Status of Women will take place from March 6th to March 17th, 2023. As there continues to be concerns related to COVID-19, as well as the costs associated with travelling to New York, IIWR-MB is considering only a small number of delegates physically attending CSW67. Regretfully, there are no bursaries or financial support being offered by IIWR-MB for those attending the meetings in New York. It is expected that all delegates will actively engage with other delegates and will contribute to the priority activities of the delegation. Requirements for those wishing to attend the sessions in New York include:

  • Be an active member of IIWR-MB;
  • Support the 2 seminars being prepared on the function and organization of the UN, February 2023;
  • Participate in the planning and organizing of the delegation attending CSW 67;
  • Availability on Tuesday from 4:00pm-6:00pm (CST) and between March 6 to March 17, 2023;
  • Attend at least 5 sessions, including parallel events; side events, and major UN-CSW events;
  • Provide written reports, and possibly photos, which may be used in a final report as well as on the IIWR-MB web site.
