The safety, security and defence issues facing Canada and the world are changing.  The world is fractured along nationalist vs globalist lines, technology has been a help and a hindrance to our security and front line workers have never been faced with so many complex issues.  In a Davos-style debate about both the challenges and opportunities for Canada, three pre-eminent security experts will help us unpack the issues.
