All Our Relations: Finding the Path Forward

Due to health concerns this event is postponed until it is safe to do so.

Tanya Talaga is the author of Seven Fallen Feathers, which was the winner of the RBC Taylor Prize, the Shaughnessy Cohen Prize for Political Writing, and the First Nation Communities Read Award: Young Adult/Adult; a finalist for the Hilary Weston Writers’ Trust Nonfiction Prize and the BC National Award for Nonfiction; CBC’s Nonfiction Book of the Year, Globe and Mail Top 100 Book, and a national bestseller.

She is also the author of the national best seller All Our Relations: Finding the Path Forward, a compilation of her CBC Massey Lectures. For more than 20 years Tanya has been a journalist at the Toronto Star.

Doors open at 6, with the program beginning at 7 sharp.

There will be refreshments, special entertainment, displays, door prizes, and an awesome raffle!!

Funds raised will support: Artbeat Studio; Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata; and University of Winnipeg Global Citizen Bursaries.
